Missouri AG warns Missourians of fake debt collectors

JEFFERSON CITY - Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster Friday warned Missourians about scammers posing as debt collectors. The attorney general’s Consumer Protection Hotline has received reports of phone calls with individuals claiming to be from debt collection agencies attempting to collect a debt the consumers do not owe.

Two Fulton women arrested on suspicion of child endangerment

FULTON - Police arrested two women on suspicion of child endangerment and possession of controlled substances.

Fulton Police responded to a report of a child falling out of a car and two adult females acting suspiciously. Police identified the women as Erin Nunes and Marie Dishman.
